Ely114: i eat out of a can cold
Ely114: fat all solidified
jfarren8: i cook mine then put into empty campbell soup cans
jfarren8: and then put in fridge
jfarren8: then turn can over and put on china and remove can
jfarren8: and sprinkle olive oil and parsley around it
jfarren8: all gourmet
Ely114: i eat mine with cold canned spinach
Ely114: like popeye might
